Jo Lindner posted fitness-related tricks techniques, routines, and tips on his Instagram. Jo died aged 30 on June 30 2023 as a result of an Aneurysm. Jo was suffering from problems with his neck prior to his death. The news of his death was announced by friend and fellow bodybuilder Noel Deyzel via Instagram on July 1st, 2023 and then by his former girlfriend Nicha.
