Young relocated from North Carolina to Los Angeles, landing roles in the roles of Cathy Metsker and Rachel in JJ Abrams Mission Impossible: 3 starring Tom Cruise and Keri Russel. In 2018, she co-starred with Jim Rash in Disney s live action adaptation of A Wrinkle in Time along with Oprah Winfrey Reese Witherspoon and Mindy Kaling.
